À propos
I completed a DUT in Biological Engineering, specializing in Biological and Biochemical Analysis, at the IUT of Caen Normandie. During this program, I completed a two-month internship at the François Baclesse Cancer Center in Caen, within the INSERM U1245 unit, where I worked on the study of genetic predisposition to breast and/or ovarian cancer, under the supervision of Angelina Legros.
I subsequently completed a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Research at the École Supérieure des Techniques de Biologie Appliquées (ESTBA) in Paris. As part of this degree, I carried out a six-month internship in the INSERM U1141 unit at Robert Debré Hospital, under the supervision of Nadia Soussi-Yanicostas. My research focused on studying the neuroprotective effects of LIT-001 in a zebrafish model of epilepsy.
I then pursued a Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology (BMC) at Sorbonne University. During my first year of the Master's program, I completed a two-month internship in the same research team on the study of LIT-001 in the context of epilepsy in zebrafish, under the supervision of Nadia Soussi-Yanicostas.
During the second year of my Master's degree, I gain interest in RNA Biochemistry and Genetics and completed a six-month internship in the U1163 unit at the Imagine Institute. My research focused on the role of ADAR1 during Schwann cell development, under the supervision of Nadège Bondurand.
I am currently pursuing a PhD in the same laboratory, under the supervision of Nadège Bondurand. My PhD project focuses on the study of RNA modifications during neural crest development, particularly A-to-I editing and m6A modification.

Projet scientifique
My laboratory studies neural crest development, a transient embryonic structure that gives rise to multiple cell types and tissues. The differentiation of neural crest cells and the development of this structure are regulated by various post-transcriptional RNA modifications. During my PhD, I am focusing on two post-transcriptional RNA modifications: A-to-I RNA editing and N6-methyladenosine (m6A). My research aims to investigate their roles during neural crest development and the development of its derivatives, under the supervision of Nadège Bondurand.
